How To Apply
Baytul-Iman Academy seeks students for their ability to excel and to contribute positively to the school community. We take pride in our school’s cultural diversity and welcome candidates of all races and cultures.

Step 1 - Application
Complete the admission form
All applicants: $250 application fee per student (non-refundable)
Submit the following records within 10 days of submitting an application. Copies of records may be delivered to the school, or emailed to contact@baytuliman.org.
- Copy of birth certificate
- Copy of immunization records or immunization exemption form
- Copy of special testing for reading (if applicable)
- Copy of standardized test scores*
- Copy of all available school records, including most recent report card*
Baytul-Iman Academy has a rolling admissions policy and therefore does not have an application deadline. However, to ensure a timely process and the best opportunity for admission, we recommend that applications and testing be completed by April 15.
Step 2 - Testing
Students are required to take a grade level admissions test to aid in determining their compatibility with the academic environment at Baytul-Iman Academy! Please contact the school to schedule an admission test date.
A family interview with the principal or director will be scheduled after testing is complete. We request that both parents attend the interview, as well as students applying to 4th through 8th grade.
Step 3 - Admissions Decision
An official acceptance (or non-acceptance) letter will be mailed within two weeks of the family interview.
Step 4 - Enrollment
Upon the student’s acceptance to the school, parents will receive an enrollment agreement via email. The enrollment agreement must be completed online within 10 days of acceptance to the school for the student to be enrolled.
